REFUND POLICY

General
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible Refund Cases
You may request a refund if the order has not been started, the service cannot be delivered, or a technical error occurred on our side.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if the order was partially completed or the customer cancels after the service has started.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if the order was completed, the customer provided incorrect information, the account was restricted due to reasons unrelated to our service, or the customer violated our Terms of Service.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback without contacting support first may result in account suspension or a ban from future services.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
